General conditions for ordering and
paying of hotel services :
After reservation of accommodation
in our hotel - the customer is asked for
advance payment in the amount of 50 %
from the total price.
Way and term of advance payment (standardly
till 10 days after receipt of order)
will be specified by appointment with
the customer.
If the advance payment won´t be paid
untill the given term,
the reservation will be cancelled.
The reservation can be realized only
after advance payment, then is your
order binding.
Additional payment will be paid
after entry to our hotel.
Cancellation of order :
In case of cancellation of order by
customer in longer time than 30 days (inclusive)
before his entry to our hotel - the
customer will receive just 1/2 of
settled advance payment for reservation.
In case of cancellation of order by
customer in shorter time than 30 days (inclusive)
before his entry to our hotel - the
advance payment won´t be returned to the
customer. |
